I stumbled across this app by pure chance this morning while I was researching how to best match activities to Outcome codes. I have only been using it today but so far I am completely blown away by it! It will likely replace all my record-keeping strategies.

Which states does it support?
New South Wales today. Learning Log uses the NESA syllabus from Kindergarten (Early Stage 1) to Year 10 (Stage 5). More states are on the way.
Will this work for my registration?
Your report is laid out like NESA’s own Record of Learning templates, with syllabus outcomes, achievement levels, comments, subject summaries and links to your evidence. You review and edit everything before you use it, and you stay in charge of what you submit.
Can I add photos as evidence?
Yes. Attach photos to any entry and your report links straight to them, so whoever reads it can see the work behind each outcome.
Can I change what it writes?
Always. Every outcome, achievement level, comment and summary can be edited. Learning Log does the heavy lifting; you have the final say. AI can make mistakes, so give it a quick read.
Is my family’s information private?
Your entries are stored in secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit, and we never sell personal information. When you use AI features, the relevant parts of an entry are sent to AI providers such as Google to generate results. Our Gen AI Policy explains how. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
What ages is it for?
Kindergarten to Year 10. Add each of your kids with their own stage and subjects.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Learning Log is on the App Store and Google Play.
